Production Time

Please allow 1-2 weeks for production before your order ships. During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, production times may be slightly extended.

Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Ella Blair 1030 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly and check with neighbors or your building management.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
